The problem

Students buying and selling dorm-related items on campus had no dedicated place to do it, just scattered group chats.

Overview

KFUPM Market is a student marketplace built for a web development course. I built listings, categories, and responsive user flows front to back. I'm still interested in taking it further: buyer-seller chat, photo uploads, pricing and auction flows, listing priority, and proper user roles are the obvious next layer.

What I personally did

• Designed and built the full front end: browsing, listings, categories, responsive layouts
• Built the back end: data models, listing CRUD, category logic
• Designed the core user flows for a student-to-student marketplace

Outcome

• A working full-stack marketplace covering the entire listing lifecycle
• A clear roadmap scoped for a real dorm-goods marketplace
